Originally from Canada, raised in Grande Prairie Alberta, this snow bird moved to Cancun in 2012 and has spent the past 10 years excelling in the tourist industry. Owning two businesses in Mexico, working for a property management company with vacation rentals in both Orlando Florida and Playa Del Carmen, she returns to Sylvan Lake every June, July and August to manage one of Alberta Canada' top tourist attractions. With years of experience in customer service, she makes sure her clients get the VIP treatment. Her bubbly personality is adorable and contagious, easily brightening everyone's day that she encounters.

Born in Mexico but raised in Chicago, USA, he naturally made his way back to paradise. Being a father of five, his genuine knack for wanting to help others does not go unnoticed. His return clientele is unmatched and is something he takes great pride in. When arriving to Cancun, starting a tourist agency was his first priority and has since spent the past 15 years excelling in the industry.
